Product Defect Guarantee

At Everything BLT, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. We are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on all BLT-branded items.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including:

• Stitching defects
• Faulty seams
• Manufacturing flaws in structure or construction
• Defective closures or hardware
• Embroidery or Digital defects due to production error

If your BLT experiences a verified manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion, free of charge.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Fading due to sun exposure or washing
• Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or alteration
• Accidental damage
• Cosmetic wear consistent with regular use

How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please:

1. Provide proof of purchase (if available).
2. Submit clear photos of the defect.
3. Contact our customer care team at us@everythingblt.net 

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide repair, replacement, or store credit if the original item is no longer available.
