Shipping policy
Our vendors deliver Products to Customers to most places in the world. There might be some countries we cannot deliver to because of international legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. Currently, only domestic shipments.
Our products are made especially for the customer as soon as the order is placed, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Product fulfillment from the locations listed below. At its own discretion, may offer next-day fulfillment for User’s Products warehoused at facilities ensuring that such Products are packaged and prepared for shipping within the day after a customer has placed an order.
To be eligible for the next-day fulfillment, the Customer’s order must be placed within a window of time (as defined below), depending on the warehouse where the User’s products for the order are stored:
- Charlotte, NC and Toronto—12 p.m. (EST)
- Next-day fulfillment may become unavailable at any time and shall not be held liable for any next-day fulfillment failure.

We do not offer next-day fulfillment on weekends.
Additionally, there may be limited availability of next-day fulfillment on certain local holidays and high-volume shopping days including, but not limited to, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday.
Product fulfillment will only become available when Products are stocked in inventory. Stocking Products can take some additional time, especially when the Products don’t comply with our labeling.
- ILLEGAL, RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED PRODUCTS (WHETHER IN THE USA OR ANYWHERE ELSE WHERE THE PRODUCT IS TO BE SHIPPED), for instance, explosives, drugs, counterfeit products, hazardous materials, contraband or illegal substances, radioactive elements, etc.
- animals, date and temperature-sensitive products, perishable products, food, beverages, liquids, and live plants
- prescription medications, hormones, steroids, poisonous, toxic or infectious products and substances, medical specimens, pesticides, and herbicides
- weapons, fireworks, fuel, firearms and guns, tear gas, ammunition, military equipment, military and law enforcement equipment, and/or any parts, supplies, or accessories related thereto
- fragile items from glass or any other products that can break easily
- products that infringe third party rights (e.g. intellectual property rights) or include and/or portray illegal, hateful, or immoral content or elements
- Gift cards, gift vouchers, cash, checks, coupons and similar items
