LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

1. WARRANTY STATEMENT

Everything BLT ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its BLT-branded products. Subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions set forth herein, Everything BLT provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for eligible BLT-branded products.

This warranty is intended to protect customers against verified manufacturing defects arising under normal and intended use of the product.

2. WARRANTY COVERAGE

This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use, including, but not limited to:

  • Stitching Defects: Premature failure of stitching resulting from manufacturing errors.
  • Seam Defects: Faulty or improperly constructed seams resulting from manufacturing errors.
  • Structural Defects: Manufacturing flaws affecting the product's original construction or structural integrity.
  • Hardware and Closure Defects: Defective zippers, snaps, buttons, fasteners, or other hardware resulting from manufacturing defects.
  • Decoration and Embellishment Defects: Verified production-related defects in embroidery, digital printing, or other applied designs.

All warranty claims are subject to review and verification by Everything BLT.

3. WARRANTY REMEDIES

If Everything BLT determines, at its sole discretion, that a product has a defect covered under this warranty, the Company may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product;
  • Replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product; or
  • Issue store credit if the original product is no longer available or a suitable replacement cannot be provided.

Approved warranty remedies will be provided at no charge for the covered defect. The remedy offered will be determined by Everything BLT based on the nature of the defect, product availability, and the circumstances of the claim.

This warranty does not guarantee that an identical replacement product, color, size, or design will be available.

4. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage, defects, or deterioration resulting from circumstances other than manufacturing defects, including, but not limited to:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Deterioration resulting from ordinary use over time.
  • Fading and Discoloration: Fading, discoloration, or deterioration caused by sunlight, laundering, exposure to chemicals, or environmental conditions.
  • Improper Care: Damage resulting from failure to follow the product's care instructions or recommended maintenance.
  • Misuse or Negligence: Damage resulting from improper use, abuse, neglect, or use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose.
  • Alterations or Modifications: Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, modifications, or customization.
  • Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents, impacts, punctures, tears, or other external events.
  • Cosmetic Deterioration: Scratches, stains, fading, surface damage, or other cosmetic changes resulting from normal use that do not constitute manufacturing defects.

The Company reserves the right to deny warranty claims involving conditions excluded under this section.

5. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must contact Everything BLT's customer care team at us@everythingblt.net and provide the following information:

  1. Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation, or other available documentation establishing the purchase of the product. Proof of purchase is requested whenever available.
  2. Photographic Evidence: Clear photographs showing the alleged defect and the overall condition of the product.
  3. Product Information: A description of the product, the nature of the defect, and any relevant information regarding when and how the defect occurred.

Everything BLT reserves the right to request additional information or documentation reasonably necessary to evaluate a warranty claim.

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by Everything BLT. Submission of a claim does not guarantee warranty coverage or approval.

Customers will be notified of the Company's determination and, if the claim is approved, the applicable warranty remedy.

6. LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS

This warranty applies exclusively to eligible BLT-branded products and is subject to the terms and exclusions stated herein.

The warranty applies to verified manufacturing defects and does not constitute a guarantee against ordinary product deterioration, changes in appearance, or damage resulting from use.

Everything BLT reserves the right to determine whether a reported issue qualifies as a covered manufacturing defect and to select the applicable remedy in accordance with this warranty.

Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
